OUR Rules

We’ve worked hard to create a peaceful, family-friendly sanctuary here,
and we want everyone to have an incredible time on the water.
To keep our fish healthy, our grounds beautiful, and our atmosphere relaxing, we ask all anglers to follow our lakeside code.

Our fish are the absolute heart of this fishery—we treat them like family pets, and we ask that you do the same!
To ensure they stay in pristine condition, a minimum 42-inch landing net and a large unhooking mat or carp cradle are mandatory.
If you’re short on gear, just ask us before you set up; we have plenty on hand to lend you.

To prevent tethering, fixed rigs are strictly banned, and your setup must feature a minimum 12lb mainline.
When it comes to feeding, we keep a close eye on the lakes’ ecosystem, which is why we ask for no seed or nut baits, and insist on house pellets only.
Lastly, please treat our fish with respect—catch and release only (and definitely no taking them home for dinner!).

Respecting the Site & Your Neighbors People come here to escape the noise of everyday life.
We are a genuinely quiet site, so please keep the shouting to a minimum and leave the loud speakers at home
(quiet music inside the cabins is perfectly fine).

Watch the Rods: Never leave your rods unattended while your lines are in the water.

Keep it Clean: We are proud to be a family-friendly venue.
Please use the bins provided for litter and always pick up after your dogs.

Fire & Safety: Enjoy a cozy evening, but please restrict fires to the designated fire pits.
If you have little ones with you, please keep a close eye on them at all times,
especially around the water and the hot tub burners.

We love our community and want everyone to have fun, but we do take our rules seriously.
Anyone found breaking them will be asked to leave the site immediately without a refund.
Thank you for helping us keep this fishery a beautiful place to fish!
